Please read the following information carefully before registering for a program.
Things You Should Know
*If you need to cancel a class registration for any reason, you must do so at least five full business days before the class start date to receive a refund (minus a $15 processing fee). There will be no refunds after that point.
*There are no refunds on any specials, discounted programs, one time coupon offers, or promotional discounts. A credit can be issued, applying the actual monetary value of funds paid to another program.
*If a class is canceled by Acres of Opportunity Ranch, a full refund will be issued, unless it was a promotional discount or special Only credits will be given.. Please contact our office at (720) 232.6421. If you would like to transfer to another class, you may do so at least three full business days in advance of the prior class start date.
*Acres of Opportunity Ranch reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, and instructors when necessary. We are pleased to welcome and admit students 14 years of age and over (for adult classes) and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national and ethnic origin.
Inclement Weather: Acres of Opportunity Ranch will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule such classes.
Where Classes Meet: Classes are held at 4338 N 109th St Lafayette, Colorado 80026, in private businesses, studios, or rental locations throughout Boulder County. Specific directions are sent with your course confirmations. We are cautious to place classes in well-lit and safe environments.
Insubordination: If a student, of any age, becomes unruly, unsafe, exihibits inappropriate or dangerous behavior, agressive, abusive, or any behavior deemed unsafe or unfit during a program, the instructor reserves the right to remove the student from class. If the student is a minor, a parent will be called and the parent or guardian will be required to pick up the student immediately. There are no refunds for classes in which a student is removed due to behavioral issues.
